Rather than seeing ourselves as separate subjects and objects, more and
more we are seeing ourselves as expressions of the intelligence of nature
itself, the very intelligence that is the basis of all things. One could also
call this natural intelligence “open intelligence,” a force and presence that
includes everything that is, just as space includes all that appears within it.
