In acknowledgement of our own beneficial
energy for short moments, repeated many times, beneficial energy quickly
becomes obvious as our primary body. Then we instinctively recognize the
beneficial energy which is our single identity right now expands vastly and
inexhaustibly. This is great benefit. This is immediate benefit.
