“Data” is a term that is used to describe everything that is thought,
done, felt, sensed and experienced—that is to say, all phenomena, every single
thing that is known by open intelligence. Data are the dynamic energy of open
intelligence. In other words, data are the liveliness or light signals of open intelligence.
