We have to recognize what open intelligence is in order to
be able to commit to it. No matter how dim or bright that recognition may seem
initially, open intelligence is always present. By recognizing it, we know what
it is, and this serves as the introduction to open intelligence. If the
open-intelligence view is not recognized, the preservation of that view does
not occur. So, initially to recognize open intelligence is essential.
