The instinctive recognition
of open intelligence does not require thought or reason. We can comprehend it
intellectually, but that is not the same as instinctive understanding. We only
have a true comprehension of the open-intelligence view when it is
instinctively recognized. There is nothing to do, no effort to make, nothing to
achieve—very simple, very clear, very open, very right-here.
