We should never underestimate the incredible potency of a single
short moment of open intelligence; it is very, very powerful. By relying on
open intelligence moment-by-moment—rather than on the data stream of thoughts,
emotions, sensations and other experiences—society becomes increasingly more
stable and beneficial.
