Education in the nature of mind occurs through introduction to the basic
mind and then through repeated recognition of this introduction to the mind's
nature in short moments until it is obvious at all times. This process trains
up and empowers mind recognition so that it becomes instinctive 24 hours per
day. "Instinctive" means naturally or automatically.
