Data are Clarified in and by Open Intelligence

Generally we sort all the information that is shining forth within our vast open intelligence into positive, negative or neutral data, and then with that data we decide to do one of four things: one, we can indulge the information, whatever it is; two, we can avoid it; three, we can replace it, or four, data are clarified in and by open intelligence, and open up as the power of great benefit.
