Well-being doesn’t come about by changing anything. It’s recognized by leaving everything exactly as it is. Unflinchingly unafraid in the direct encounter with all experience, there is freedom in immediate perception of every thought, emotion, sensation or experience. There is complete perceptual openness in all experience, no matter what its description may be: anxiety, pleasure, pain, joy, panic attack, sheer bliss, comatose, wide awake, asleep, jumping for joy. Everything rests in natural perfection, so what would need to change?
